6G Internet of Things: A Comprehensive Survey

The sixth-generation (6G) wireless communication networks are envisioned to revolutionize customer services and applications via the Internet of Things (IoT) toward a future fully intelligent autonomous systems. In this article, we explore emerging opportunities brought by 6G technologies in IoT applications, conducting holistic survey on convergence IoT. We first shed light some most fundamental that expected empower networks, including edge intelligence, reconfigurable surfaces, space–air–ground–underwater communications, Terahertz massive ultrareliable low-latency blockchain. Particularly, compared other related papers, provide an in-depth discussion roles wide range prospective five key domains, namely, healthcare IoTs, Vehicular IoTs Autonomous Driving, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Satellite Industrial IoTs. Finally, highlight interesting research challenges point out potential directions spur further promising area.
